RECIPE OF CHEESE BURST JALEPINO CHILLIES

INGREDIENTS:-
FRESH JALEPINO CHILLIES 12 NOS
RED/YELLOW/GREEN PEPPERS 1 EACH
SALT ½ TEA SPOON
CRUSHED PEPPER ¼ TEA SPOON
FRESH BASIL 5-6 LEAVES
PROCEESSED CHEESE 100 GRMS
CREAM CHEESE 100 GMS
REFINES FLOUR 50 GMS
CORN FLOUR 50 GMS
BREAD CRUMBS FOR COATING
REFINE OIL FOR FRYING

FOR DIP

MAYONNAISE 100 GMS
GARLIC 10-12 CLOVES
RED CHILLI SAUCE 12 TEAPOON
TABASCO SAUCE 7-8 DROPS
CHOPPED CORIANDER 01 TSP
LEMON JUICE OF 01 LEMON

METHOD

WASH , CLEAN AND DRY THE JALEPINO CHILLIES AND CUT THEM IN HALF LENGTHWISE REMOVE THE SEEDS AND KEEP ASIDE. FINE CHOP RED,YELLOW AND GREEN PEPPERS AND BASIL IN A MIXING BOWL ADD THE CHOPPED PEPPERS, BASIL, PROCESSED CHEESE, CREAM CHEESE, FRESH BASIL SALT AND PEPPER STUFF THE PREPARED FILLING INTO THE JALELINO PEPPERS AND KEEP ASIDE.
NOW PREPARE A THICK BATTER USING REFINED FLOUR , CORN FLOUR , WATER AND SALT.
DIP THE STUFFED CHILLIES INTO THE BATTER AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMB
PREPARE A SERVING DIP WITH MAYNNONAISE, RED CHILLI SAUCE ,GARLIC TOBASCO CORIANDER LEMON JUICE AND SALT AND KEEP ASIDE FOR SERVING
HEAT OIL IN A KADHAI TO MEADIUM HEAT AND FRY THE PREPARED CHILLIES TILL GOLDEN AND CRISP
WHEN DONE BRING OUT ON A TISSEU PAPER AND SERVE HOT WITH THE PREPARED DIP.
